We document the damage

Once the scope is approved we pull the permits, rebuild to current Florida Building Code, and pass every inspection, all under one licensed contractor from start to final walk-through.
To be clear and honest: we do not negotiate the claim itself, that is between you and your insurer. What we do is make sure the rebuild matches the approved scope, so the construction scope and pricing line up with your claim and you are not stuck in the middle.
