We back every project with a written workmanship warranty and we support the full manufacturer warranty on the materials we install. The specifics depend on the project and are spelled out in your contract.

We do not offer in-house financing right now. Most clients use a home equity line, a cash-out refinance, or a personal home-improvement loan from their bank.

Most clients do. We seal off the work area to control dust. You will lose the kitchen for the duration, so plan a temporary setup with a microwave, fridge, and sink elsewhere in the house.

Code-rated impact windows can earn a credit on the windstorm portion of your Florida homeowners premium, and your insurer sets the exact amount from the wind-mitigation inspection, commonly in the 10 to 45% range of that portion. The credit is all-or-nothing: every glazed opening has to be protected to qualify. We provide the wind-mitigation documentation your insurer needs.

For most additions we work with a structural engineer or architect to produce permit-ready plans. We can recommend trusted partners or work with one you already use.

We document the damage, coordinate the construction scope with your adjuster, and rebuild to Florida Building Code. We do not negotiate the claim itself, that is between you and your insurer, but we make sure the rebuild matches the approved scope.

We schedule restorations as quickly as the insurance approval allows. Once the scope is finalized we usually start within 2 to 4 weeks.

Most residential patios are formed, poured, and finished in 3 to 5 working days. The slab needs additional curing time before heavy use.

Concrete is poured with control joints at the right spacing, so any cracking happens at the joint, not across the slab. With proper prep and the right thickness for Florida soil, a patio holds up for decades.
